The short version

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We collect what we need to run HelpdeskPro and nothing more.

What we collect

• Account info. Email, password (hashed), workspace name.
• Workspace data. Customer, device, ticket, alert, script, automation, KB data you create.
• Billing info. Stripe subscription state. Stripe handles all card data.

Subprocessors

• Vercel — hosting
• Supabase — database + auth
• Stripe — billing (when enabled)
• Anthropic — AI Copilot inference (your prompts only, not used to train models)

Your rights

Export or delete your workspace data anytime. Contact hello@helpdesk-pro.app to request.

Security

Data at rest is encrypted (Supabase Postgres TLS storage). Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Auth uses Supabase secure-cookie sessions.
